If you have your Google Authenticator Secret Code set up two-factor authentication on a new device with the same code. You can use the two-factor authentication codes to get back into your account. At this point, you should disable and then freshly re-enable 2FA with a new Google Authenticator Secret Code for security reasons in case someone else can access your old device.

If you do not have access to your Google Authenticator Secret Code nor any way of getting your two-factor authentication device, please contact us with as many of the following as you have:

  • Email on account
  • City & country used to access CoinTracker previously
  • Year account was created
  • Each credit card that was used to make a purchase
  • Each tax plan purchased
  • Receipt numbers for tax purchases
  • Exact date account was created
  • IP address used to access CoinTracker previously
  • Previously generated tax reports for users’ account
  • Exact date/time for each previously generated tax report
  • Identify three of the latest transactions on the account
  • Which exchanges and wallets are on the account (and which are not)
